The entire experience was a total disaster.   These people have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.  In fact,  I would say their customer service is non-existent.    They sent me a kit.   I collected a saliva sample and waited six weeks for a genealogy report.    After waiting six weeks I was told they put on their site they could not review my sample.   They had two boxes two push.   One requesting a refund and another to get another kit.   Conveniently,   the box requesting a refund had been disabled.    Finallly,  they sent me another kit.   I got another sample and took it to the post office.   I carried it inside and handed it to the man working at the desk.    The box said clearly that the sample could be tracked.   On their site they said the sample could be tracked.    Two weeks later they say they have not received the sample.    I have tried to contact them over and over but they make it almost impossible to find or contact them.    I challenge you to go to their site and find a phone number or an address.   I also challenge you to find an email address.   THESE PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.    After experiencing so much trouble I got on the internet and read they had recently had trouble losing samples and sending people the wrong report.   I tried to cancel but you can imagine how that went.   I contacted my credit card and they seemed much more supportive.   If you want genetic testing I would recommend you go to Ancestry.com because from my point of view this is the worst run business I have ever come in contact with.
