Jose did a magnificient job. He constructed a wooden handrail according to specification and did excellent plumbing and repair of outdoor lights. He even repaired our outdoor sprinkler system. He is extremely bright and efficient and works tirelessly. I strongly recommend him.

It went very, it only took him about 6 hours to do cut the shrubs, take down the old fence and put the new one. He was very nice, helpfull and did a very good job.

The posts were good, he’s coming back because the farthest one isn’t level. The screens in the windows were good but both the sliding doors has tears and one doesn’t slide worth a darn. The concrete slab looks good but instead of getting rid of the extra dirt and rocks he dumped it in the planters on the retaining wall And we didn’t like that. He’s coming back to fix the post and the screens. He works really Hard and is very fast with great prices so the minor things weren’t a big deal and he’s more than willing to come back and fix things we notice.

It was great. Joe e planned what repairs were needed, how long it would take and the actual price. Because he had other skills, he also re jilt our gate and reinforced a weak post. The work was completed as promised. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work performed and the fairness of the price. We plan to use his services in the future.

Jose with Payless Repairs went above and beyond the call of duty. All of his work was first class, quick and professional. I am very impressed by the great service and workmanship of the project that was completed. I had my kitchen cabinets/flooring done by Payless. From the start it was handled professionally by Jose. He did an amazing job and I’m so pleased and happy with my new kitchen! I absolutely will use him again. I highly recommend Payless Home Repairs to anyone.

Not reliable and has poor time management skills. The shed leaks, the doors were hung completely wrong (can't even close them) and a piece of siding is missing. When I brought it to Jose's attention he made an appointment to come back to fix it and then never showed up. I called and texted him to find out when he planned to come to finish the project, but I can no longer reach him because he blocked my number.

"I m shocked.i added so much extra work and material at no extra cost.days following appointment to install a gutter.to a shed for free.after that meeting it was raining for about 3 days straight .when she left this complaint.i left her a message to call me so I'd go install gutter .which was not part of the job and never ever mentioned the other issues she's talking about .with her and all my clients...at any time I'm not god.but you can call me and I will go back and fix anything I or my team did. ..I'm sorry if you feel this way about me..I'm willing to make things good if u call or text me....i did not block you.even if i wanted to.i dont know how to do that. only you know..your smart....life is to short to be mad.call me.."

"831750o41 im shocked. i promote no down payment i pick up all job cost.customer dont pay me untill job is 100% complete.or they dont pay.me....that simple....on this job they wanted fence boards only.so it was not a new fence i did exactly as i was told.they where very happy..we chatted.like friends.on other subjects they even had me take out tree stump weeks after fence was done..it wasnt untill i believe they charged neighbors for ther part..that it become an issue.where neighnours taught they where getting a full new fence...this comes as a shock to me ..i opened my phone to see such review..epecially almost a month after service..i contacted both parttys and offered to repair redo or refund there money..im not in buisness to fund jobs to do bad work i take pride in my work and been in this trade 25years.0 complaints.in a nut shell 3 parttys involved lack of communication.between them.and scope of work..i take fault fot not have contacted other parttys involved for their approval.lesson learned..my clients have not to worry.for i finance most jobs with no pay untill jobs complete....."

Jose and his son, Luis, did an absolutely fantastic job resolving a problem I had with wasps. They did what the Terminix people would not do, killing the wasps and seriously cleaning the vent and microwave where the wasps had established their nest. They took the microwave completely apart, cleaned and sanitized it, and put it all back together. They are very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend for any handyman chore.
