His prices are very reasonable. He's very prompt and does a good job with no fooling around. I recommend him to everyone!

Russ is friendly and honest. He doesn't want to do Mickey Mouse projects and told me that as he installed the water heater. I've phoned him a few times about Mickey Mouse projects (adjusting an anti scald valve) (stopping a valve handle from coming off) and he explained how to do the job myself on the phone. These are 5 or 10 minute projects and I think Russ feels bad about charging somebody a minimum fee $75-120 to do just show up, diddle around and pretend like he's earning his wages when you can do the project yourself. I feel he's very ethical and has a conscience.

Our experience with Russ was excellent. We now have beautiful clean blue water and no longer have to buy bottled filter water to drink. And we never have to see brown water again! Rock Solid is the first time I have ever tipped a plumber for their service. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Thanks Russ!
