 + -1 moreThe project was handled seamlessly from Eras Construction to all the sub-contractors. He had to work closely with the elevator contractor to make sure the new shaft and pit were done exactly to specifications and this went well without a single problem or time constraint. Overall this project was completed above all expections.
Description of Work: Eras Construction was our General Contractor for an elevator retrofit. We had to remove the old chair-lift style elevator and replace it with a standard commercial elevator. This required extensive concrete saw cutting & excavation, new seismic engineered shaft, new mechanical room and stainless steel counter modifications. The overall finished product was excellent in timing (ahead of scedule) and workmanship. Eras Construction is a first class operation.
