They were reasonably responsive although the work was delayed because of all the rain. Once they got started, they were done in about 4 days, tear-off to cleanup. The roof and gutters look good and we did not experience any leaks in the house. We did note a drip on the wrong side of the gutter but that may be because the gutter was full. Their cleanup was not as good as we picked up a couple of hundred nails off the ground amongst other debris. Another niggling point is the paint is coming off the straps holding the downspouts to the wall. They require several power sources to run their equipment. The crew that came to our house did not feel they had enough so they let themselves into our basement and found a plug on their own! While overall we feel they did very good work and would probably recommend them, I would also recommend that someone be around at all times to improve their performance and quality.

I highly recommend this company. From my first contact until the end of the project, everything was done in a highly professional manner. Everyone should have someone like Dawn working for them, she is amazing!

It was a good experience. The work was done good and the job got done on time. They cleaned up after themselves and the roof keeps the rain out so I guess I can't complain. The pricing was excellent as it was 10% lower than others I got quotes from.
