The workers showed up, collected the agreed check for $5,000 , tore down the existing wall and then informed us that we needed to sign a change order to increase the price 50% to $15,000 We said no to deduct fees for the work done and refund the balance. they have refused to return phone calls let alone $$$

Fence was done nicely - beautiful work. About eight months later, a full-sized, healthy plum tree fell over in our yard because while installing the fence they cut through the roots. You would think that landscapers would know better!
