 + -1 moreTK IS POLITE AND COURTEOUS, AND HE HAS MORE THAN 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD. HE COMPLETED SITE PLANS TO CITY SPECIFICATIONS, AND THE PROJECT MOVED FORWARD, ALTHOUGH TK WORKED TO HIS OWN SCHEDULE AND DID NOT INFORM ME WHEN HE WOULD BE ON SITE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT ABOUT TK IS THAT HE REFUSED TO COMPLETE THE FEMA FORM WITHOUT FURTHER PAYMENT TO COVER HIS TRAVEL FROM MORGAN HILL TO MILPITAS. TO MY MIND, HE HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID TO DO THE JOB AND FAILED TO COMPLETE IT SATISFACTORILY. I DECIDED TO HAVE ANOTHER ENGINEER DO THE FEMA WORK.
Description of Work: TK SINGH IS A CIVIL ENGINEER WHO SURVEYED AND CREATED THE SITE PLAN FOR MY HOME. HIS PLANS WERE GOOD AND THE CITY REQUIRED HIM TO ADD MORE INFORMATION AFTER THE FIRST REVIEW, WHICH HE DID IN A TIMELY FASHION. I ALSO HIRED TK TO COMPLETE THE FEMA CERTIFICATE AFTER WE HAD FRAMED IN THE FIRST FLOOR. TK COMPLETED ONLY ENOUGH OF THE FEMA FORM TO MEET CITY REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRST-FLOOR ELEVATION, AND THE REST OF THE FORM WAS EITHER BLANK OR FILLED IN IMPROPERLY. I DID NOT HAVE TK RETURN TO COMPLETE THE FORM AFTER CONSTRUCTION WAS COMPLETE.
