Reaco installed new AC for my house this summer and it was a great experience. After obtaining estimates I went with Reaco for 2 reasons, it was competitively priced and Steve Rea is well known to friends and the community. Steve does backround checks on his employees and introduces them before the work starts. The job took a day and a half and turned out great. I had to ask them back once to adjust the flow to one room. This was a major purchase for me and the whole process was better than I expected. I am so happy with my new AC. I can recommend Reaco with confidence.

I had gotten two estimates, both on Angie's list, and they were very similar in price.  I got Reaco's name from a friend who not only needed a furnace, but needed the whole vent system installed.  She felt Reaco was very reasonable.  Reaco was on Angie's list, but under 'gutter repair'.  I checked, their state license was current and covered both categories, so got an estimate.  The estimate was about $1000 less than my other two estimates.  I called, expressed my hesitation, after all if something is to good to be true, what is the catch.  They are small, family run, don't have to do a lot of advertising, etc.  I decided to use Reaco and they were wonderful, answered all of my long list of questions, cleaned up after themselves.  I would certatinly use them again.
