Pro Clean did an excellent job!  We returned from vacation to find a terrible urine smell in the family room caused by our daughter's dog.
Because urine goes into the pad often times, they could not guarantee the smell.  But they did such an excellent job, there was no smell and the carpets and sofas look terrific.  It's been about a month and none of the spots or any of the smells have returned.
I cannot say enough good things about them.

I called several companies to get estimates. I didn't have to call them to remind them of the appointment; they remembered. This company came out with a guarantee that they would come out again if the landlord wasn't satisfied. The worker was excellent, courteous, and nice. The landlord ended up not being completely satisfied, so he came out again and they fixed it. The owner was happy and everybody was happy. We got our entire deposit back because of the great work this company did.

It was okay. They didn't move a piece of furniture; they just went around it. When I moved it, there was a dirty line and I thought it was not good. I ended up calling them and asked for help. They should have moved the couch and it was obvious that they didn't move it. The price was fair.

I think they were very good. They came on time. I thought that they were very polite and did all the things that we requested. I thought they were a little bit more expensive, but they were available and I had a small window of opportunity.

I have a condo I rent, it needed carpets cleaned and grout cleaned for new tenants. Pro Clean gave me a quote, and then did the work, they showed up on time and did a great job. The technician was professional, prompt and I left him there and asked him to lock up when finished. Many of the grout companies will not re-caulk after cleaning the grout, Pro Clean had best price and I also wanted one company to do both to get it done quickly.

The cleaner arrived on time. I put my cat in the bathroom and he cleaned all carpet in small apartment; bedroom living room and dining area. There were some red spots I knew would not come out but otherwise it was perfect. The cleaner did not know about the Scotchguard coupon. I didn't push it. He said he would apply it if he needed to come back for missed spots.

Arrived on time, quote was exactly what I paid. There was a stain in one of the bedrooms that a previous cleaner (a year ago) could not remove. These guys got it all out. There was one room with pet stains and he went over it 3 times with 2 machines to remove the stains. Very happy with the work!!

Jason, owner, was not aware of the "coupon" designation on the Angie s List website, but the technician accepted a printed website page for a free stain resistant coating. The main work was fine, but details and expectations were not met. I verified that protectors would be placed under furniture legs (I moved a lot out); I had had another company create a stain by not doing this. Afterwards, the technician stated that some furniture was too heavy to do this. OK, but if I had been asked I would have assisted. He exceeded the estimate of time to complete the job by an hour. Finally, he stated that the carpet would take 2-3 hours to dry, but it did not dry until the next morning, 20 hours later. That first night, my socks soaked through after one walking circuit of the upstairs.

Excellent job. Even though I didn't expect it, the technician was able to get dried paint out of the carpet. He was on time and professional. The cost was the same of the (over the phone) estimate. I wasn't hounded to add extra services or extra rooms!

On the phone, Jason quoted me $220 with a 15% senior discount for my mother. By 2:30 his worker arrived, worked very hard, and left the place spotless. his worker said there was no need for deep cleaning. That the good quality carpet made it very easy to clean. When he was done, it looked like a new carpet with no extra charges, no special deep cleaning required! He made me feel so much better after I had a horrid BAIT and SWITCH experience with another company! Always use Pro Clean Carpet Care!

They were good and very kind. They did the job as best they could, but there are still some stains that are on there. We have white carpet, so it is very hard to get out all of the spots. We simply need to eventually purchase new carpet. It is not their fault, though.

When booking the estimate and follow-on cleaning appointment, we spoke with Jason Bushman on the phone who was polite and professional. For the estimate, Antonio showed up on time, was pleasant to interact with, and patiently answered all our questions. For the follow-on cleaning appointment, Antonio was running 15 minutes late, but called to let us know. He was able to remove some severe pet stains that a previous cleaner had not fully removed. Antonio was focused and hard-working the entire 4 hours. The cost did not exceed the original estimate. We would hire them again.

There was 1 person that came over to do the work. He went through his little sales pitch and I just told him I did not want all of that stuff. I just wanted the basic service. He was okay with that and started to do the work. I was pleased with the results.

Jason arrived on time. He did a great job cleaning my heavily soiled carpet! It looks like new. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service!
