 + -1 moreDavid at Pacific Coast has access to many different loan markets. He has excellent relationships with loan underwriters and account managers, making it a seamless process. The ReFi rate i chose enabled me to have no fees or costs, rather than paying $3k to $4k to get the lowest possible rate. I'm a 1099 self-employe insurance agent, so my loans always have more paperwork. Nothing slowed down David and he turned things around very fast. David ordered my appraisal, set up an escrow account, handled the authorizations, signatures, supporting documentation, double check costs. I've already referred multiple clients and friends to him.
Description of Work: David helped me refinance my house at a lower rate than my existing loan.
