 + -1 moreDennis was excellent to work with. He was able to work with our situation to secure the loan that best suited our needs. Dennis always kept us informed of where we were in the process. He made the refinance experience especially easy for us from the beginning of the process until the loans papers were signed. We have used mortgage brokers in the past and this was by far our best experience.
Description of Work: Dennis worked with us to refinance our home and secure a line of credit.

 + -1 moreDennis was very communicative. If there were any problems, he explained what our choices were and educated us on the differences. He did not pressure us into making hasty decisions, but always told us to give it some good thought and not rush into them. Overall, he charged a reasonable fee and explained how the fee was paid. We felt confident that the quality of service we received was some of the very best that we have ever had in a home mortgage process. It was a worry free experience.
Description of Work: They helped us to fix a low credit score and refinance our home with a better loan package. Dennis was a very good loan consultant, whom I highly recommend. His integrity and attention to detail has been a refreshing relief.

 + -1 moreDennis was absolutely fantastic in providing me with the detail oriented, prompt and top-notch professional service that I needed given my busy work and travel schedule. Having worked with numerous mortgage brokers in the past I have absolutely no hesitation in saying that Dennis is by far the very best. There is absolutely no hype in what he does. He's a very solid, dependable and prompt person who absolutely knows the ins and outs of the mortgage banking market. He is also very reasonably priced (especially given the top-notch quality of his services and his round the clock availability).
Description of Work: Dennis helped me find a suitable loan to fund the purchase of a second home in Lafayette, CA. He worked through various funding scenarios (which included comparisons of the following attributes: rates, points, ARMS v fixed rate loans, interest only vs. amortizing versions, and down payment options). In doing so Dennis was always prompt and courteous in responding to my numerous questions via phone and email (even through weekend evenings). My questions were often detail-oriented (I am a finance prof) and Dennis was always meticulously precise in his replies. So, despite teaching finance at the graduate level for numerous years at a reasonably well-known university, I can quite honestly say that I learnt a great deal from Dennis about mortgages!
