Morgan Hill Car Wash and Gift Shop

Several times of using this car wash and they never get the car clean. Vehicles back up in line after the wash and sit there and water spot.

I took my 5 series in for the 2nd time. The first experience was poor, but I believe in second chances. What a mistake. I purchased the works package, which included a wash, sealer, interior vacuum, tire shine and wheels, and also added floor mat clean and stain removal. I also added leather reconditioning for my seats. I waited for 20 minutes before they even started on my car (you can see it when you wait outside in the gazebo thing). After that was done, one of the car washers came to get me to show me something. I got nervous. He couldn't speak english well, but well enough that i realized he was trying to upsell me on some gimmicky wax block thing that he could use to remove bug and road tar from my paint. I said it would be an additional $100. I said no. 45 minutes later, my car was done. As I inspect the car, the seats aren't reconditioned, the floor mats looked vacuumed but still have stains, there is a think layer of oily residue all over my console, my dash, and even my steering wheel. There are plenty of crumbs and smears and all i can say is it looked like a very rushed job. This I can't understand since I waited for over an hour, and there weren't that many cars being serviced. Even if they had only started 45minutes into my waiting period, it looked like a 10 minute job at best. And I've washed my own car- this car- so I know how long it takes. As a non-professional car washer who has to find the bucket and sponge each time i wash my own car, even I can get it all done and done well in under 40 minutes. I know they don't do a good job, but at the only game in town (a town with a large senior citizen population), I suppose they have a captive audience. This was the last time I will visit Morgan Hill Car Wash.
