 + 1 moreHe was going to repave part of the driveway that has been sunken in but didn't, hasn't cleaned up any of the gravel or cement he took out, has never finished the sidewalk or shrubs either. He gave me an unprofessional explanation on how this should all be done and nothing has really been done yet. I met with him to ask why nothing was done and he told me he lost his phone. I paid him $7000 out of the $9000 he quoted me and now he is telling me I need to pay him another $4000. He has been very unprofessional through this whole thing. We head a deadline for all this to be completed and he missed the first 2 deadlines. He also put in the wrong sprinklers and never fixed that which killed my grass around it. Everything was very sloppy or incorrect with what he ended up doing.
Description of Work: He cleared out bushses, put some river rock down, put in sprinklers in my lawn and took out cement in the back on my house.
