The company was founded by Maria Mello, a long time South Bay resident. At MelloMaids, we respect our customer’s values and priorities. The housemate had left the place pretty filthy and they did a great job of getting the place back in shape. I thought I was a pretty thorough housecleaner but after their work I think differently. The place sparkled when they were done and for the amount of work they did, the fee was really reasonable.
I spoke with Maria over the phone and she quoted me a price for cleaning one bedroom, one bathroom and the kitchen and refrigerator. She came with a helper and by the time they were done, they had cleaned my whole house inside out. After they were done and I was making out a check for Maria, her helper grabbed a broom and started sweeping my garage.
Maria (owner) is a delight to work with and always promptly responds to my texts and she really understands quality customer service.
Their prices are extremely reasonable also!
I highly recommend Mello Maids to anyone looking for a quality housekeeper! You will not be disappointed.
