Mark made an immediate appointment (the painter was arriving the next day) and examined house that afternoon. He discovered dry rot in door sill. Eddie arrived the next morning to remove and replace damage. He fully explained what he was going to do, left to get replacement timber, and returned quickly. Again, he demonstrated what we was going to do and completed repair. Very professional and sensational execution. We will employ them in a subsequent remodel project we have scheduled for next year.
