He came out when he said he would to give a quote of how much it would cost. I asked him if he had at least one of his workers that spoke English and he assured me that they did. When the ladies arrived, they weren't able to speak any English and they had to call an interpreter in order for them to be able to do the job correctly. This delayed them from getting started, which I don't believe was fair for the ladies. The ladies did an excellent job, they were very nice and I am satisfied with their work. I have called Roberto several times but he has yet to return the call. I would certainly use those ladies again, but they do not speak English & they don't understand it, and since I'd have to get into contact with Roberto, I probably won't use them again.

Roberto came and gave an estimate and a few days later we scheduled for his crew to come and clean the home. He showed up on time with a crew of three and they spent three to four hours in the home. Very satisfied with their work and have had them come out again to clean.

Roberto comes to your home to give you an estimate based on size and work to be done. He has good teams, and comes by to make sure that all the work is being done to your satisfaction. If there's anything special to be done, just let him know and it can be taken care of. The teams are thorough and professional. His references gave him glowing reports, and I've been pleased with the work, too. There's only been one time when they've been late and haven't called to let me know.
