Carpet Installation
I selected Higgenbottom as they were local to Morgan Hill. Unfortunately, their installation was horrible with unfinished edging along the walls, visible seams in the the middle of the room and the worst job I have ever seen on any stairway. In fact, the work was completed in just one day and it really looked terrible. I called the owner, Harold Higginbottom who visited our house and rescheduled rework. Most of the of the issues were corrected however we still have an ugly seam a hallway. I also did not like that they did not address our complaint that the Carpet to Tile transition was left unfinished, something which I had to correct myself. I would probably not use them again.

It is a family owned company and they are a very respectable company, their work is of great quality and pretty much grade A in every aspect. They did a great job and they work in a timely fashion and were good about picking up after themselves.
