WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROJECT. JAY AND CREW WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAD COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN THEIR WORK AND SKILLS. THEY WERE EXTREMELY QUICK RESPONDING TO PROBLEMS AND TROUBLESHOOTING THE EQUIPMENT. FYC SPECIALIZES IN PROJECTS AND REMODELS TO ACCOMMODATE PERSONS WITH HANDICAPS.

THEY REALLY HAD TO WORK WITH A TIGHT SPACE IN THE BATHROOM, AND DESIGNED A U-SHAPED TRACK THAT WOULD TAKE MY SON FROM HIS WHEELCHAIR, OVER THE TOILET, AND THEN INTO THE SHOWER. THEY ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND THAT WE WANTED - A SOLUTION WE COULD TAKE WITH US, SO THEY RECOMMENDED A DETACHABLE LIFT. BOTH SETS OF GRANDPARENTS ALSO INSTALLED TRACK SYSTEMS IN THEIR BATHROOMS, SO WE HAVE THE SAME CONVENIENCE WHEN WE VISIT. THE SLING WAS TOO SHORT, AND MY SON WAS HITTING HIS HEAD ON THE LIFT. THEY PROVIDED EXTENDERS TO THE SLING, SO THAT IT WORKS PERFECTLY.
