Landscaping
Horribly. He did not communicate with the subcontractors who installed the patio - several mistakes were made and the steps had to be redone 3 times. The fence was poorly constructed with dried out, warped wood. Nails were sticking out of it! Six months after the end of contract, the work was still not completed. He failed to comply with his "warranty." We are currently having the fence replaced and patio repaired. I wish we could upload the photos of this fiasco. Clancy was unprofessional and incompetent.
