Certified-Environmental
About us
Richard Gray is your trusted mold professional. The quality of interior air can affect the health and comfort of your home. In coastal California indoor air quality problems can arise from moisture, insects, pets, appliances, materials used in household products, furnishings, building materials, smoke and other sources, all of which affect your indoor air quality and become a health concern. Our goal is to continue as early adapters in the extremely fast developing science of clean indoor air quality, mold removal, mold testing, pest control, and high heat structural pasteurization. We look forward to providing you with a clean and safe environment.

"We do not use agents, ALL of our inspectors are Board Certified Indoor Environmentalist. We rarely inspect crawl spaces, however access is needed and in this case there was no access. Several locations were identified with prior water damage but the homeowner agreed to have one location tested. We are sorry our client was unhappy with our service, but we did everything necessary to provide a complete inspection and indoor air quality report."
"There is always a person that is not happy, we are sorry. We do every inspection and test in order to certify the home healthy. Nothing perfunctory."
