Jim was great to work with, he listened, he anticipated needs, but did not oversell things that I did not need.  Cabinets were excellent.
From pictures on his website, I knew he could do the work, but he was willing to talk through the process which showed he was willing to work with me to get me what I wanted.  He sent me progress pictures, delivery was smooth.
After install, I wanted an additional shelf, and mistakenly told him one style vs. the original style.  Despite my mistake, his company was more than happy to remake it for free.  Very happy with the overall experience.
I do hope to commission future projects with Jim again.

The job turned out exactly like we wanted.  He was a professional from start to finish.  He did what he said he was going to do. We did have some questions about the hinges on there but even after the work was done he came back when something went wrong and put it back immediately.  I called him and within an hour there was someone in trying to fix it. He was extremely professional and always courteous. He was always on time and he took care of every concern I had. 

From start to finish this was the best experience I have ever had when hiring some one to do some work for me. Jim comes to your home and listens carefully to your requests, He makes suggestions that are unique to your needs. He is not pushy and very receptive to requests. He understands that as the project moves forward changes occur and is very receptive to accommodating your requests. We worked with many contractors but he is by far the best we have ever encountered,

I had to have a cabinet made to fit above the stove yet allow enough clearance for the installation of a microwave/hood unit. Jim came out promptly, gave an estimate and delivered a great product. He had the wood stained to match the existing cabinets exactly and the total price came in lower than quoted. Although it was more than I expected to spend, I thought the personal service and cabinet was worth it.

It was great. The guy came out and told us what he could do. We hired him, and he built the cabinet.

After our first contractor bailed on us, we called Jim. He was very professional and gave us lots of great tips on the design. He had the built-in done in a couple weeks, helped us out with finding someone to get it painted and to put glass in the doors. It looks beautiful! Although overall the quality was great, there were a few small issues that made us decide to give a B on the quality. (Maybe it should be an A- or B+.) We had drawers on one side and a cabinet with one shelf on the other. We think the drawers should have been flush with the inner divider, rather than the outer cabinet. Besides aesthetics, this also meant we couldn't put in a child-proof magnetic lock on the door. One of the drawers brushes against the door hinge when it opens. The shelf had no opening for wires to go through. Jim offered to have us bring it in for him to cut out, but it turned out it was easier for us to just cut one ourselves. Besides these small issues, everything was great and we would definitely go with Jim if we have other cabinetry projects.

We were very pleased from the very beginning. Jim was very professional and very pleasant and friendly. He returned our initial call within a day and set up an appointment to come over and look at our space, take measurements and give us a quote. We arrived on time and prepared. He took accurate measurements and explained everything he was doing. He also brought samples and booklets for us to review to get an idea of what the work would look like and also for us to choose what features we wanted. He left and said we would send us a quote. We received his quote within a few days, which included a very nice drawing with measurements and everything. In addition to everything above, he was also very flexible and patient with us when we changed our minds a couple of times. He made sure we were getting what we wanted. Once everything was settled, we received the vanity cabinet within a week or so. Much sooner than everyone else had quoted us, including Jim. We were very pleased with the craftsmanship and the service, and the price was outstanding!! We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and family, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am very happy with his work. He was very professional and he did a great job of following through. I will highly recommend him to others in a heart beat.

Jim and Joceylin came to our home in Aptos, listened to what we were looking for in re-doing our kitchen, offered suggestions, listened some more, provided an estimate with drawings, came out again to discuss the plans, touched base several times on outstanding issues via e-mail, built the cabinets, sent pictures via e-mail, arranged transportation to our finishers. When one of the corner cabinets didn't quite work due to the refriderator sticking out a bit, Jim provided new hinges and it worked like a charm. I recommend them highly to anyone who wants a better product than modular cabinets and who cares about a kitchen that feels like home.

A Fantastic experience. The cabinets far exceeded our expectations. They are solid oak with alot of extra details that Baggott's Cabinets added for us. We are extremely satisfied with the work and the product and would highly recommend them.
