Big Kahuna Pools

"This client was only a service customer for 4 months and then wanted to go to a once a month service. I don't offer that, it's never good to let a pool go that long without service. He's a penny pincher that's only looking to get something for nothing. His pool was fully serviced for 4 months and looked amazing every time I was done. He claims to know pools but when I got the account there was 0 chlorine in the pool and hadn't been cared for properly at all. Then he expected me to change my entire work schedule to "meet" him when he was in town. He wasn't there at the appointed time so I left and he STILL wanted me to drive across town to meet him. All of my policies and pricing was discussed before he ever signed up. My vacation policy is very clear. I take a vacation every year, most people do. I always make sure my pools are in good chemical shape prior to leaving and my vacation is always in the winter when pools aren't being used. $129 a month for full service with no sweep in the pool is better than most offer in this area. If he found cheaper then good luck with the reliability. I was there every week, almost at the same time every week too. He didn't miss one service per my policies so he's just a case of a cheapskate that didn't get his way. Sour grapes is what it sounds like to me and I was very happy to cancel his account. Oh and he paid late more often than not too. Not a good client at all."
