I hired Jose, with Bay Area Plus Landscaping, to install artificial grass at my mom's house. It was the best choice ever. Jose and his team worked so hard to make everything perfect, they were amazing...and it only took 4 days! I really wanted to be there to watch the magic happen, but unfortunately, I had to work. Jose was kind enough to take a video of all the action each day and send it to me so I didn't miss a thing. On their last day there, I realized there was a small area with a tree out front that I had not included in the original work order. I felt bad bringing it up since they were almost finished. But Jose agreed to fix it up with no problem, and it ended up being the cherry on top. My mom's house looks incredible. And based on all the people who stopped by to ask Jose for his business card, I'm not the only one who thought so. Jose and his team are fantastic. I will definitely call them for any landscaping work I need in the future. Look at the Before and After photos!

I waited for 2 weeks to give me a response as to when they can install sprinklers in my backyard, and fix the ones in my front yard. Yet they couldn't be bothered to give me a response.

José came to my house very quickly after we connected via text. He was able to start work on what turned out to be a very nasty tree root/water main problem. José and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned out the pipes, fixed them, and also fixed the sprinkler problems that I thought were the issue. (That's why you call an expert!) Their work was meticulous, even to the clean-up. With all of this and his great communication, I highly recommend them.

Veryresponsive - checked out the leak, and the whole sprinkler system. When they were going to be late, Jose called and kept me posted. Quick and efficient, excellent communication.

Had a good experience. Meet me with in a few hours and gave me a quote and started the work the following day. They completely replaced my 5 sprinkler values and replace the mail shutoff valve that was leaking.

Initially I was looking for getting my backyard paver done but after Jose did my paver and he ended helping not only did paver but also outdoor lighting, irrigate system, fixing sprinkler system, setting up Pergola and new sod installation and pretty much fix and repair my whole backyard with very reasonable price and high quality service. I am so impressed the workmanship they offered and wonderful people that I am working with. Highly recommended for the service for your backyard. Jose and his team completed three projects for us: paver installation (about 80 ft2), design and installation of patio steps in brick, and repair of depressions in a paver driveway.
