Roofing
$750
This roofer was referred by a handyman.  I requested he return because he didn't repair the patio roof which is still leaking.  He gave me a year guarantee. It was as if he had never done any work.  He removed an antennae that was anchored by 4" screws and he took it down and he said he filled up the holes caused by the screws.  When I got a second opinion I was told that they were not filled in.  So I had 3, 4" holes in my roof. He spent 2 hours on the job for a total cost $750.
I had to threaten to take him to small claims in order to get $200 back, which was not what I asked for.  The roofer will not provide his street address.
