WOW! I've been here a few times now, but there are 2 experiences in the past year that I will tell you about. Went here the first time to get some Halloween items, last minute of course. Super busy, yet I was asked if I needed help finding things a couple of times (I did). When I got to the check out, a man (the owner I think) gave me some really good tips about how I could apply the makeup on my costume better to make it more realistic. Did I mention that it was crazy busy, yet he took the time to do that?
Earlier this year, I bought a balloon bouquet for a special event from them. If you have ever planned something like that, you know how crazy things are the day of.........It was going to be a huge inconvenience for me to come pick them up. It was also going to suck up my time to have to attach cards to the balloons. The extremely nice lady (I'm sorry, I forgot your name, it's been a few months) offered to both deliver AND attach the cards for me. I worried about how much it was going to be, but she gave me an outstanding price on everything. Thank you for making that go SO smoothly, it meant a lot.
The only things I can say that could improve? Could be a bit better on their everyday prices, and an over-zealous security guard during the holidays.
