He cleaned the tile with glass beads using a compressor. He used my pool equipment to vacuum glass beads which caused my pool pump seal to fail and potentially motor bearings. I'm having someone else fix my pump. The pool tile repair was uneven and very sloppy. My only regret was not being home when he completed the work. I saw the work a day after and was not happy at all. I called and have yet to receive a call back from Juan. This was a very bad experience for us. I would NOT use this guy for any work and would NOT recommend his services to anyone. Please beware of pool service company called The Pool Physician.
