The service person was very friendly and knowledgeable. He addressed my questions with ease. Inside the home he sprayed in the corners and baseboards. I have a dog and he  told me that the spray was pet friendly.
We had to leave the house for at least an hour.  Because his company was outside his typical service area, the serviceman said he would send me the name of a closer provider  if I were considering a more frequent service plan.

Worked with me to make a convenient appointment. Took the needs of my pets into consideration when designing the plan of action.

Very professional, explained how the spray worked and what I could expect.  Ants have not returned since the treatment.

Due to a misunderstanding, he did not show up when scheduled.  I called and he apologized and said he had a different time scheduled for my house.  When he got to my home he sprayed in and around my house and garage and also threw in spraying around the pool to make up the scheduling mixup.  I have been very please with the continued lack of crawly critters in my house even 5 months later.

Dio's team did a great job spraying for pests. They were able to accommodate our pets (dogs and fish) and used pesticides appropriate for the job. They were courteous, clean and friendly. There was no lasting odor. The only way I knew they were here is because I haven't seen an ant since.
We have been pest free for the past several months. When the need arises, we will definitely call them (probably to start a scheduled service).

We purchased a house that had been vacant for 5 years.  Neighbors tell us about the squatters sneaking into the house.  The place was a mess.   Anyway, ants were everywhere.  Every morning they would  show up in a different spot (dishwasher, pantry, cabinets, floor...) and they were all over the outside too.  I'd pull a few weeds and thousands of ants would soon be all over me.  I went through 4 jugs of ant spray form the hardware store but they would just move to another spot only to return in a few days.  
We called Supreme Pest Control.  Set up an appointment.  They were on time, very professional, and explained the complete process.  They sprayed inside and outside and I think they were here for 60-90 minutes total.  It's been 3 month and we haven't seen a single ant.  we were able to have Thanksgiving at our house without worrying about the ants taking over and ruining everything.
As soon as I see one single ant I'm calling Supreme Pest Control.  So happy with their service!

THE most knowledgeable, easy-to-understand, helpful, competent professional!  We've already given his contact information to other friends in our area.  Why?  Dio explained exactly what he was going to do, described the expected outcomes, and presented possible solutions if all our ant problems didn't disappear after a single treatment.  We've had an ant problem, as many of our neighbors in Loma Linda have had, for decades.  After one treatment, and a few stray, slightly delirious ants in one of our bathrooms the three days immediately following treatment, we have not seen a single ant in weeks.  And that includes those days when the temperature reached nearly 100 degrees after the one treatment.  We will sign up for his bi-monthly service, just to keep our formerly endless colonies of ants at bay, but also because it's such a pleasant relief to be doing business with this gentleman and his company.  What a wonderful experience.  Thank you, Angie's list.  And thank YOU, Dio!

Communication was a little shaky at first, partially my fault as well. After appointment was set everything went somewhere. Service was great, no complaints.

It went very well. I would highly recommend. The owner called me back almost immediately to schedule and appointment, was on time, and was very professional.

I was having a huge problem with ants in a home that I just purchased. Dio came and sprayed the exterior, and then did critical areas of the interior (I was concerned about having too much pesticide in the house so I asked him not to do the full interior). He identified several problem areas around the house, including some bushes and trees that were infested with ants, and gave me recommendations on how to decrease the likelihood of future problems. I set up a schedule have him come back on a bimonthly basis to spray the exterior, at least until I have a better feel for how bad the bugs really are around my home. He will work with my schedule so I can be home to keep the dogs inside while he sprays and for awhile afterwards while it dries.

Dio was excellent! He sprayed the inside and outside of my home. He was EXTREMELY professional, well dressed and clean cut. Big name companies like Orkin should take a few lessons from him. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 but he had a cancellation so he called me up and offered me an earlier appointment which I was unable to take. He contacted me on the way to my house informing me that he would be there in approximately 15 minutes. On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable regarding the ant problem I was having. He informed me about the bimonthly service he offers with no pressure selling techniques behind it like most companies do. I will definitely contact Dio again for my pest control needs!
