During a mega heat wave and right before we were to list our home for sale, the A/C went out. We called all overthe area, but
because of the heat wave all the fix it guys were not even picking up the phone they were so busy! It was 120 degrees and 95 in the house. Finally, I found Super Cool and they picked up the phone. They put me on for as soon as they could which was next day but said they would come out sooner if there was a cancellation. She ended up calling me back in a couple hours to say they would be here that afternoon.
This is a husband and wife owned family business and it is obvious they run it with heart and total competance.
The repairman was respectful and pleasant. We were really lucky to find them.
