They take control of it and use their ways of getting rid of all the viruses and everything that is slowing down the computer. It's been going very good. It takes anywhere from 3-8 hours to clean it up. They take out all the malware, spyware, and adware. It cleans up space on the hard drive. There is always someone there to help you, they are there 24 hours a day.

They are a national company that works from their location to fix my computer. It takes them just a few hours and they take over the computer and fix any viruses and clean it out so that it will work properly. They are very good and reliable. I have had no problems with them. Even when I call at night, they are more than happy to do the job. I like how they follow up afterwards to make sure everything is fixed. The service is unlimited.
