 + -1 moreFOLLOWING THE JOB, THE WALL WAS REPAIRED SO WELL THAT YOU COULD NOT TELL WHERE THEY HAD PERFORMED THE WORK. OTHER PLUMBERS WE CALLED ADVISED THEY DO NOT PERFORM THE WALL REPAIRS. THERE HAVE BEEN NO FURTHER LEAKS, AND THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH DURING THE DAY WE CONTACTED THEM, AND THEY PERFORMED THE PROMISED SERVICES. THEY COMPLETELY FOLLOWED THROUGH ON EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO - A DIRECT CONTRAST TO THE FIRST PLUMBER WE CALLED! WE WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN, AND PLAN TO HAVE THEM DO SOME MINOR PLUMBING JOBS IN THE NEXT 3 MONTHS.
Description of Work: THEY FOUND A SLAB/WALL LEAK THAT A PREVIOUS PLUMBER FAILED TO DETECT, GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND TIME THEY WOULD RETURN TO COMPLETE THE WORK, AND DID SO - ON THE SAME DAY! THEY REPAIRED THE PLUMBING LEAK BY CUTTING THE LEAKING PIPE, AND WELDING THE REPLACEMENT PIPE INTO PLACE. THEY ALSO HAD TO TEAR HOLES INTO WALLS AND REPAIRED THE WALLS FOLLOWING THEIR WORK, AND KEPT TO THEIR WRITTEN ESTIMATE.
