Walked in and immediately greeted. No need to make an appointment because it's first come first served. They told me it would take around 20 minutes before they had a lift available and showed me where the waiting room was, offered me coffee. In less than 20 minutes he told me what was wrong. it took about 15 minutes to fix problem. It was easy, fast and very reasonable. As a woman, going to get your car repaired can be scary because some repair places take advantage of woman. Kurt's is not like that. I felt they went out of their way to be welcoming and didn't try to sell me something i didn't need. Everyone at the time i was there were women. I think that says a lot. I am grateful that i found this place on Angie's List and I definitely will be going back. Great place.

Kurt's can be counted on to complete the work the right way, the first time. Car problems are sometimes difficult to zero in on, but they seek the cause, and unlike other garages who might start replacing parts until the problem goes away, they pride themselves on working hard to identify the problem early.

I get real good service there. I have been going there twice recently and they were just fair and honest and I appreciate all of that repair on my car. They are really friendly, really honest and not pushy. I don't think they tried to sell me anything that I did not need which is unusual with an auto place where if I go in for air conditioning they try to sell me tires too. Price wise they are very competitive, they are significantly less than the dealership. It is an independent auto shop, very clean, very professional, but very busy. They must be very popular with other people too. I have not had any bad experience with them at all.

They were very polite. Very honest answers with more than competitive pricing. If you do not need something done to your car then they will tell you that you could go and quot;XXXand quot; miles on it without issue. They honor their work. I am very particular about how my car is taken care of and never did I receive my car back with stratches, dents, or a dirty interior. Overall very nice sercie.

They have excellent mechanics and good attention to detail. They respond quickly to doing the job. Their price is reasonable. I won't go back because I have a new car and the warrantee is through the dealership, otherwise, yes, I would go back.
