I had a major leak that flooded my back yard. Nick analyzed the problem, informed me that I had a sudden burst of a cold water line under the slab. Nick rerouted all the cold water lines to fix the current problem and eliminate the threat in the future. He completed job on time at a reasonable price. He planned the routing of the new piping to cause the least amount of damage to walls, ceiling and cabinets. I highly recommend Nick as a first choice.

I contacted Nick on a Sunday for a water leak that was coming from inside the wall between our kitchen and the backyard patio. I had noticed water seeping out from the bottom of the stucco a day or so before contacting him and because it was a very minimal amount I didn't feel it was an emergency situation so I asked if he could come out on Monday and fix the problem. He and his assistant Rico got to our home at the time we set up and within a very short time they analyzed all the lines in the house and located the source of the leak. Working under a kitchen sink to access the pipes in the wall is no easy task but Rico got in and with minimal damage to the drywall fixed the leak. During their inspection, Nick tested our water main pressure valve only to find that we were at 130 PSI and that the proper pressure for inside plumbing should be only around 60 PSI! No wonder we sprung a leak! Anyway, the guys reconstructed our complete outdoor main water supply tree and now we have a much safer less likely to cause further problems water supply to the house. They were both very friendly, neat, efficient and most importantly; very fair in their pricing and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Thanks Nick, thanks Rico, job well done.

Nick was very likeable, very honest about the best water heater for my situation (not a tankless as I was originally considering) and installed a good quality replacement tank water heater for me. He gave invaluable advice and assistance on a separate project I was working on for gutters/drainage, cannot thank him enough for that. Neat job. Very happy!

It was a tankless job, and I chose Impact Plumbing to do it. I had three estimates for a new tankless water heater, and Nick's at Impact Plumbing was the most reasonable. What clinched it was his obvious knowledge of his profession and his forthright demeanor. He was easy to talk to and informative about the options. We even shared some stories and laughs that had nothing to do with plumbing. He's a good guy. His work looks neat and clean and the heater selection is perfect, replacing an old Noritz tankless with an updated model. The old one, frankly, had been imperfectly installed, never maintained, and, while he informed me that he might be able to flush it out, it was also showing an error code that I had looked up indicating a voltage problem. There had been no isolator valves installed to do the flushing, and no filter - for over a dozen years. Together, we settled on a new install, with the proper valves and a filter. He also gave me an application for the Gas Company's rebate program that I hadn't realized was offered. It works great. Thanks, Nick!

I am not a person who normally write,s reviews. But Nick and Rico warrant this. Nick came to my house and met my wife to inspect and give an estimate for our water heater. My wife liked the way he conducted himself and told me that this is the guy she thinks we should use. So when I returned home I gave him a call it was late enough at night that I didn't think I was going to get a quick response but before I could even put the phone down he returned the call.My conversation with him went very smooth he was able to answer all my questions immediately and I felt like I had known him for a long time. I scheduled my repair for the following day, he shows up on time was very knowledgeable and gave great customer service. "WOW" is the word I will use to rate the overall experience. I will use him again for any of my plumbing needs.
