.I bought a lawn mower and it dint work I returned it but it was after the 30 days so that wasn't their fault but I had purchased the warranty on the machine and it was $90. I was trying to find out about trying to take it back.  they told me to call Scott's but Scotts said it was up to home depot so I called back and they told me to take it to an local owned place and they would repair it because it was under warranty. well the man there told me that they don't do that.that they don't do it but he told me to call corporate office I paid for two years service and I am not getting the money back they charges me for something I can't use. I can't use the machine and no one will fix it.

The salesman at Home Depot sold me two different colors of tiles to use in a checkerboard pattern. The tiles appeared to be the exact same size, or that's at least what the box said. I paid an additional $50 to have the several hundred pounds of tiles delivered. On installation day the installer said that the tiles would not work as they were ever so slightly different sizes ... I never really did see the difference, it might have been 1/16th of a inch but as he dry laid the pattern it did creep ever so slightly. So I had to return about 100 pounds of the tile myself for the first color. I came back with that load and it was from a different lot than the first lot and ever so slightly different in color ... so I had to return the first lot moving those hundred pounds or so of tile back to a distant store.

Once at work the installers were nothing short of excellent. The pattern is perfect, they hit the edges of my new cabinets perfectly. The trim work to match the existing tile was very good. The installer positioned the transition tiles several times making careful adjustments until it was just right.

My only gripe is that I asked Home Depot to return my $50 delivery fee since based on their salesman's recommendation I got a checkerboard pattern and then had to carry twice the $50 worth of tiles returning the old tiles and picking up new ones in two different trips to a more distant Home Depot that had the inventory.

THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH AND I WILL CALL THEM FOR MORE MERCHANDISE AND SERVICE. THEY WERE WELL INFORMED OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK.

THEY WERE ON TIME WITH MY SCHEDULE. THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT. RESPECTFUL OF MY PROPERTY. THE GARAGE DOORS LOOK GREAT WHEN THEY WERE PUT UP. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.

HOME DEPOT DID A REALLY GOOD JOB ON MY DAUGHTER'S ROOM. SHE IS ONLY FIVE, AND SHE WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH HER ROOM WHEN THEY COMPLETED THE JOB. WHEN I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT ABOUT DOING THIS I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE EXPENSIVE. THAT'S WHY IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO GET THE WORK DONE. THIS COMPANY'S PRICE WAS GREAT IT WAS RIGHT IN MY BUDGET.

DID GOOD JOB ON MY COUNTERTOPS. THE JOB THEY DID WAS VERY CLEAN, I DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HAVING TO PICK UP AFTER THEM LIKE SOME COMPANIES. I WAS IMPRESSED HOW GOOD MY KITCHEN LOOKED. I GET SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON THE WORK DONE BY HOME DEPOT.

THEY WERE ON TIME, AND GREAT, PERIOD.

THEY WERE VERY NICE. WE WENT DOWN AND ORDERED WHAT WE WANTED AND THE FLOORING CAME STRAIGHT TO THE HOUSE. EVERYTHING TOOK TWO DAYS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

IT WAS GOOD. THE ONLY PART THAT WAS HARD WAS THAT ONLY ONE GUY SPOKE ENGLISH. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO TALK TO A GUY WHEN HE DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. I HAD TO TALK TO THE MAIN GUY.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY HAD A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE. EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK, THERE HAS BEEN NO PROBLEM WITH THE FLOORS. WE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.
