To this day it is not done, as we could not come to an agreement. I chose them because of their reputation. When we started working together, the lady refused to listen to my wife. She wanted to design it for us. We had specific things we wanted, and she would not listen to us. We ended up going to a tile company on our own time because she refused to show us samples on what we liked. She thought we should have something she had picked out. She was not happy we went to another tile company to pick out the tile. She refused to entertain our shower option as well. Went through the same process with that. She was difficult to work with. Our original bid was $8,000 - $12,000. I had to pay $1,000 up front of this to get it started. I had documentation with regards to this. Her final bid ended up coming in at $15,000. She refused to itemize her bid. I wanted to know how much every item was going to cost and how much the labor was. We parted ways at that point. Refunded $1000.
