They initially came out to measure the window. They came out 2-3 times after that to install and complete the job. Howard came to my home to do the work and brought his grandson and his wife came on one visit. They were wondering around my home, which concerned me. I called Don about some concerns and he mentioned that Howard is only working for him for 3 months and doesn't know him too well.

I called him, and he answered the phone. I made an appointment for him to come for an estimate and he came the next day on time. He was a lovely, charming and friendly man. I placed my order. We chose a date and when the blinds were ready he came exactly when scheduled. He installed them and they are perfect.I would definitely use him again. I recommend him to everyone!

I left a message re: setting an appt. on 12/29, he called back early the next week. We arranged to meet on 1/6 "between 11 & 11:30a"(his words). Instead of just coming to our home, he called at 11:19a, got no answer, then called back at 12:09p to reschedule. He was told that if he wasn't here in 30 minutes to forget it! At the meeting he tried to force 47-2" white faux wood blinds on us, which was not going to happen! We agreed to using them in our basement (a savings of around $2k-$2k deposit given). He'd place the order on Mon., Tues. the basement would be installed and by the 11th day from Mon. the rest would go in. I called him Thurs. b/c the 2"s still weren't in. Then I called the installer to arrange for next day installation. On the "10th, 11th, & 12 day" I called him for a status check on part 2 of the order, he didn't call back. So, my husband called and cancelled the rest of the order, that was 2 wks ago. He still hasn't refunded the difference & doesn't answer our calls.

I got in touch with him and he showed up the a few days later to give me estimate. When I decided to go with his service and products, he sends the measurement guys, and took more accurate measurement. I told him I want them installed within 3 weeks. Sure enough, 3 weeks later the guys came back for the installation.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE WORK, BUT WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ONE BLIND. I'VE MADE ABOUT 8 CALLS, AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED. HE ANSWERED ONE OF MY CALLS AND SAID HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO REPLACE THE BLIND, BUT NO ONE CAME OUT ON THAT DAY AND NOW HE WON'T RETURN MY CALLS.
