Auto Tires
While driving cross country I drove over a nail and got a flat tire. Since I had purchased the tires at Costco ( in Washington) not too long ago, I decided to have them attempt the repair in case they were under warranty. At first they decided that due to the location of the nail they would have to replace the entire tire instead of patching and that I would be responsible for only a $20 install fee. A few minutes later they called me and said that actually all of the tires that had been installed in November at another Costco location were not rated for the weight of my car and that they would be replacing all 4 tires at no charge and apologized for the error of the other location. Since I was making a very long road trip the next day through the desert I was very grateful for their attention to details and for keepingme safe rather than just doing the bare minimum.
