He did what I hired him to do, to that extent. However, he charged me for 3 hours of labor when he was only here for about 2 and a half. I paid him and cash and he did not provide me a receipt. He told me that he would email me a receipt and this was on Friday and I would have it the first of next week and would also have a details drawing with arrows and everything to explain to me how to use my cellphone to control the audio system. He did not do this. Around April 7th or 8th I followed up and he said that he has been busy and would get around to it later in the week or the first of next week. I did not hear from him on the 14th and I called numerous times over numerous days.  I told him that I really needed to get this set up and I still have yet to hear back from him. I left a message letting him know that if I did not hear from him I would be letting Angie's List know. I did get a text message back, but I don't think he know who he was texting as I have not heard back. I can't even use my system now and can't get a hold of this company, I think this happened because he does not want to provide a receipt, because he does not want to report the income. Its also very serious that someone leaves you in limbo like this, when you cant use your system that you paid for.

He was very professional and clean. He ran all the wiring behind the walls for a clean look.

He was great and he is very knowledgeable and professional. He knew what he was doing. It is hard to find someone who can go into an existing system and figure things out and he did. He had to drive 50 miles to get here. He specializes with the home surround sound. It is pricey to get installed. When I get an upgrade, he would be the one I would call. He can hook up anything. I can control everything from my phone or my ipad. He was wonderful.
