He seemed taken aback because it was such a **little job**. How am I, as a homeowner, know what is involved? He broke some grout, the door sticks, the weatherstripping is uneven and he did not put in a metal plate for the deadbolt which means it will just come undone again.

He's a thorough professional and easy to work with and very knowledgeable of his craft. The project was top notch and did a meticulous job from start to finish. I highly recommend him for any home repair with fair cost that exceeded my expectations.

Alejandro was quick to give an estimate, was on time for estimate and to perform the work. He worked with his brother and they were both courteous and professional. They cleaned up the work site and were done with my drywall repair project in about 1.5 hours. I would hire Alejandro again. Alex repaired both an interior and an exterior walls which had been cut open for plumbing repairs. His work was excellent in both repairing the damage and painting the walls. One would never know the walls had been repaired. We intend to use him again in the future. He was diligent and professional and cleaned up completely after himself. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a handyman.
