They were okay. I needed a piece of glass and they did it fine, although when I received the piece of glass, it was dirty.

Very well, the shop is a bit cluttered and run-down looking but it is sort of a ma &  pa place. The workmanship was quality and the workers helped me load the rather large windows into my SUV. The work was a bit longer than expected and I had to wait about 15 minutes beyond delivery time but the quality was fine. I would use them again. They stock a wide variety of window glass and repair parts too. Replacement screens too.

I FOUND ACE GLASS PERSONNEL BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE SALES PERSON RECOMMENDED THE NEW SUN BLOCKING MATERIAL. ONE OF THE NEW SCREENS WAS MADE TO LARGE FOR OUR WINDOW AND ACE GLASS REMADE THE NEW SCREEN WHILE WE WAITED AT THEIR LOCATION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
