+ 0 moreThe glass was ordered and arrived in time. They helped me load them into my truck. Very good service and I would recommend them.
Description of Work: Initially I started with a couple of thick glass shelves that needed to be replaced with tempered glass. Ace Glass had a good choice of colors and edge treatments for the glass shelves. Additionally I found they offered screen repairs and ordered a couple of screens to be replaced. They'll do in-house service but you can save yourself money if you know how to read a tape measure or like in my case, just brought the damaged screens in for replacement.

+ 0 moreVery well, the shop is a bit cluttered and run-down looking but it is sort of a ma & pa place. The workmanship was quality and the workers helped me load the rather large windows into my SUV. The work was a bit longer than expected and I had to wait about 15 minutes beyond delivery time but the quality was fine. I would use them again. They stock a wide variety of window glass and repair parts too. Replacement screens too.
Description of Work: Replaced two double pane windows removing the old glass from the frame, replacing both sides of the dual pane window, and then reassembling it. Note: I delivered the windows to Ace - they'll charge you $200 for an in home service call where they'll come out and remove the window frame and return and reinstall the repaired item.

+ -1 moreI FOUND ACE GLASS PERSONNEL BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE SALES PERSON RECOMMENDED THE NEW SUN BLOCKING MATERIAL. ONE OF THE NEW SCREENS WAS MADE TO LARGE FOR OUR WINDOW AND ACE GLASS REMADE THE NEW SCREEN WHILE WE WAITED AT THEIR LOCATION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: I HAD TWO WINDOW SCREENS RE-SCREENED AND I HAD TWO WINDOW SCREENS MADE NEW. EACH SCREEN WAS MADE WITH THE TYPE OF MATERIAL THAT BLOCKS OUT THE SUN AND KEEPS YOUR HOUSE COOLER.
