From the first call to set up a service request, Mario clearly communicated the estimated time line, and followed-up on the day of when leaving from his prior stop to head my way

It went really well they came and inspected the job gave me a price and the date my parts would come in and the date they would come and repair it. I was very pleased that the part a day earlier and the mechanic came that day and repaired it and he was very courteous and took time to explain the process he performed and I have no complaints at all and most definitely would use this company again.

Mario was quick and courteous. Perhaps he is so good (and he was for us here) that he is demand and couldnt see us for the service appointment as fast as we would have liked.

There was rust inside the cabinet.  He explained fully why it had not leaked before.  The bearings were gone on the machine.  He explained that he could repair it but it would cost 75% of the cost of a new one.  He also sells appliances.  He informed me which were the better appliances.  I found one on Lowes and he said it was a great deal, he couldn't even get it for cost at that price.  I found him very trustworthy and would definitely refer others to hiim.  He also was able to come out the next day to service.

Contacted this company through email yesterday.  Mario called me this morning and said he would be out today.  He asked what the machine was doing or not doing. He put the machine through diagnostic test and determined the problem.   He then explained what needed to be done and went over the cost. After my okay to proceed, he went to work on the needed repair. After he had completed the work, he went through diagnostic test again and put the machine through a test cycle.   Mario was very thorough in his explanation through out the testing and repair.  I would highly recommend this company!  Great job!

Very prompt, professional and friendly. Explained the issue and what was needed to repair. Also provided some safety tips. The dryer is like new! Would absolutely recommend this company..

I made the call at 11:30, the repairmen were at the door in less than an hour. They determined that the problem was an igniter that wasn't getting hot enough. He had the part with him, he replaced it, and within 90 minutes of my initial call, my oven was working perfectly.

Called when they were on their way, arrived as promised. Professional, efficient, courteous.
Quickly diagnosed problem, verified that the problem was the least expensive of two possible causes, did the repair and were finished in an hour. Definitely would use again.

He did the diagnosis, told me what was wrong, presented me with an estimate. He then replaced the part, vacuumed out the back of my dryer as a preventive measure. At my request, he lectured my son about running the dryer while he's emptying the lint filter. My son told him about the handle being broken off the lint filter, he then offered to get me a price on a new one. The price he told me was half of what I had found when I searched for it online, so I asked that he get one for me. I paid him and he left. The next day he stopped by and dropped off my new lint filter.

They were great and they were very professional. In the future he is the only one I would call.

Mario told me that my machine would cost more to repair then to buy a new one. I had told him that I had picked out one at Lowe's and he suggested a different model that would be larger and less expensive and more dependable. (even though he sells the same one he told me I should go to Lowe's because they are on sale).
I also had asked him a random question about my dishwasher not getting dishes clean and he showed me how to adjust the rinse agent setting and suggested a different dishwasher soap. He was so polite, clean and respectful I could hardly believe he was a repair man. I will absolutely use him again and recommend him to everyone I know.
I am very satisfied with this experience.

This is at least the 3rd time I have used AMand M appliance. He is always honest. If he thinks you are better off replacing the appliance he will let you know.

He was so professional, courteous and respectful in all ways. Like I stated above, he did an excellent awesome job!!! Everyone should call AM and M Appliance Service. Thank GOD for people like Mario who cares about the satisfaction of his clients. You can tell he loves what he does and that makes a big difference in how he performs his job. Technician arrived and was very knowledgable about both appliances. He also provide info to let us know what caused the problem to help avoid same problem He arrived with the necessary parts and was able to fix both appliances without hesitation. Quick response and appointment was available within an acceptable time frame during initial call. Will call upon this company again if needed.
