ZEIDAN PAINTING CO

I thought it was OK at first. The lower deck looked fine. But when the upper deck dried, it was spotched, streaked and looked as though they forgot to put the 2nd coat on. Additionally, the damage to the siding of the house, while repaired, was never repainted. My contractor agreed that the work wasn't up to par and asked them to return. When they returned, they were obviously upset that they had to give up a day's work to make good the job they did for me. They put another coat on the deck and, while there are still some streaks, I really didnt' want them back in my house.My front decks, which had been done 2 years prior, needed restaining as well. Zeidan quoted me $900 but I got someone to do it beautifully for $300. However, when the new person went into the leftover cans of Sikkens that were in my garage, we found that the Zeidan people had stuffed their dirty rags into the cans and put them back in my garage. So while I THOUGHT I had enough product left they had actually ruined what was left in the can. This product costs $90 per can and I had to throw out 3 cans that they stuffed with their rags. Totally unprofessional. I will never have them do any work for me again. I was very disappointed.
