Everything went great . The only hick-up was a minor delay on the expected completion date. However the manager gave me a discount to accommodate the delay, so I was very happy.

Two different mechanics from different dealerships tried to fix an oil leak, and John was able to fix it. He will tell you if he can't fix something.

We had the car towed there because it had "died." It was there from Friday until Monday as they were short-staffed and couldn't do the work until Monday. I was kept informed however and the manager was very nice. He pointed out areas that would eventually need work

I went there the first time for a small check and I was pretty impressed chatting with the guys about my car. I have a 1995 Saturn and my Saturn dealer told me that I needed a new clutch. I went to them to get a second opinion and they told me that I didn't need one. That was 3 years ago and I still haven't needed one so I get the feeling that they are not trying to rip me off. Since then they have done a brake system flush and I go to them for 6-month oil changes and checkups. They seem to be quite good. The mechanics are experienced. Their prices are good. I ask questions and they explain things to me.
