Very well, very thorough, and above expectations!

A bit of communications difficulties as we transitioned from Angie to Window Genie. They didn't have my email or phone number. the rest was very good. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I'd hire them again, and recommend their services to my friends.

I purchased this on the 16th and today is the 20th and I have not heard from them. I emailed them yesterday asking for a response and nothing happened.

Sean and Bob were punctual, professional and personable. They did an outstanding job, and the price was great!! I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will use their company again.

The crew showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the windows, but they severely bent some of my screens and did not properly seat some of them in the frames. In additions, they had dripped dirty (black) water on my white carpet. I did not check the screens before they left. I checked them the same day after they had gone. When the crew left, they said they were going to another job. I called Anthony within an hour of the crew leaving and asked them to come back to set the screens properly in the window frame. He said the crew had left for the day and would come back in the morning. The crew showed up in the morning to look at the six screens that had problems. They went to the first window and I showed them the severely bent frame and they said they couldn't fix it. I told them it was their doing and I expected them to repair it. The employee said it was not his problem and they did not fix screens and then left my house without even attempting to review the other damage. I would have expected an honest company to come forward with the screen damage and a reputable company to properly seat the sceens. Anthony never offered to come out and look at the damage and he said that it was normal to damage screens. Really? I've had the windows washed before and I've owned homes for 30 years. This is the first time I have ever had screens damaged. I canceled the check and am waiting for a screen company to come out. I expect the damage is in excess of $100. When I talked to Anthony on the phone regarding the price for the job. He quoted me $199 and promised me their best price. The next day there was an add from Angie's List advertising $99 for the same work. I don't think that is honest.

Special on Angie's List, twenty windows for $99 and $10 for any additional window. We have thirty. Called before arriving. Arrived on time. Did their work quickly and thoroughly. Very satisfied. Will use again.

Very good team. Did excellent work. This was done at a promotional price but, there regular price to do both inside & outside incl. screens is also very reasonable. They were fast and efficient.

They were late arriving, however they did a good job. I would recommend their services to others.

I'll start with saying how much I appreciate them coming out to Santa Paula, many businesses do not. After initial contact through Angie's list I was asked to provide my phone number and email address to set up an appointment. Even when I did that, correspondence was still through Angie's list. I was told mornings were available for a few dates. I replied with the the one date that did not work for me and said i was open the other mornings. Next I heard from them they were at my door. I was not expecting them since I never received a reply with confirmation day or time. When i explained how they weren't expected I was told nobody would have been sent with out having made contact. Nonetheless I was home and available, so they got to work. Never having had this service done before, I hadn't a clue what to expect. I wish I was given the opportunity to move my car from the drive way, if not for their convenience, at least to avoid the horrid hard water from being splashed on to it. Needless to say the car had white hard water spots all over the rear and side of it. I'm still not sure if my homes water/hose was used. A bit of a concern since the city was under water restrictions at that time. I asked if there was anything I needed to know when they were done, I was told that there is slow clog in the gutter along garage that they couldn't clear it because it drains underground and runs out to the street. Well when i went to see if I could dismantle the pipe to try to clear clog myself, I discovered that where the pipe enters the ground, that it in fact it did not enter the ground. A grassy patch just covered the end of pipe making it look as if pipe was buried. I could have easily removed it for them if that wasn't something they do. I couldn't say what whether or not the job was done well or not since I am not able to climb roof myself and see what it looked like before they went up there. Before and after pictures would have been nice. I don't think I will be using them in the future.

Found on Thumtack, they called, I called back and received an estimate over the phone. Promptly came out the next day, cleaned and did an excellent job. Bob & partner were very professional, friendly and courteous.

Crew arrived on-site, we cordial and did a great job. Will be using them for window cleaning in the spring.

Window Genie reps were on top of it. I purchased an Angie's list deal, and I half expect it to take forever to book services, but it didn't. They contacted me immediately and came out to clean the gutters as promised. We will be using them again!

They flushed my gutters and downspouts, did an excellent job, the gutters were really a mess as I have several trees that are relatively close to my house. They also washed my windows. The whole deal was done quickly and carefully and did an excellent job of cleanup. I could not be more pleased.

I wasnt able to use the deal because they advised me I am out of the service area. They were timely and the pricing was attractive.

Sean and Bob were the two professionals doing the job. They were very professional, thorough and congenial. They answered every question I had and went out of their way to be helpful. I would use them again.

Our gutters had not been cleaned out since we purchased the house over 7 years ago. It was amazing to see all of the dust that was coming out of the gutters. In addition they found 3 tennis balls and a small football that had gotten into the gutters. One of the balls had lodged into one of the pipes and was completely blocked. They did a great job of cleaning up after they had finished. This was definitely money well spent.

*Crew arrived on time with equipment needed. *2 hours later after cpmpleting project and they left. Good job

Went great! They were very friendly and courteous, did a walk through to explain how they count windows, worked quickly and efficiently. They were very neat and the windows look great! I was so happy with my experience and will definitely use them again.

Arrived on time as per phone call. Both men got right to work and windows now sparkle.

Great service. Window tech advised me of which windows had hard water stains and which had broken seals that needed replacement.

Anthony was such a pleasure to work with. One set of window panes was very irregular and the installation was done expertly. He explained the different tint choices thoroughly which was very helpful. I would definitely use him again.

Cleaners arrived on time and performed service! I noticed approximately 4 windows that were not thoroughly cleaned, contacted owner and said his cleaners would return to clean the 4 windows. The day they "supposedly" returned I looked at the windows, they were not cleaned. Owner insisted they came. Sent pictures to show him. He was rude, never came back.
