The workers were wonderful; however, I noticed that the granite surrounding my kitchen sink was cracked after the workers left.  It was apparent that pressure was placed in this area while the adjacent windows were cleaned.  When I reported this to the owner, he stated that workers are encouraged to admit when they damage something.  Nothing further was done to assist me or to investigate further.  I am now left with an expensive repair to my granite counter top.  Not happy.  Because of this, I will not use this contractor again, nor will I recommend him to others.  I am a realtor who refers many contractors to clients and colleagues.  Not this time!

I have bookshelves under the windows with thing on it, and no one told me I needed to move them. They took it off and piled it in a chair and left it there. Then, they said they couldn't open the shutters on a window because they couldn't move the table. I'm finding streaks and spots. They just didn't do a very good job. It was sloppy and it took them an hour.

They did an excellent job. I think we counted 12 windows.

The team of two arrived on time. One worked the inside, the other outside. Some of the windows did not come clean with the regular washing, so they used a special cream on those windows for an extra $2 per window. The windows looked invisible when they finished.

Great job!  Bob & Will arrived on time and went above and beyond cleaning out the gutters.  When we bought the house 3 months ago we knew it was going to need some work and I was certain the gutters have never been cleaned.  Yep, I was right.  They were full of mold chunks (Yes, chunks) and mud. Living so close to the beach, our awnings and gutters are a breeding ground for mold.  It was a messy job.  Thanks guys for doing such a great job!  I particularly appreciate that they cleaned up after themselves.  My neighbor was equally grateful that they cleaned off their patio as well.  Oh, I almost forgot to mention, Will is fearless!  When he was cleaning out the gutters on the top floor, he came across a HUGE  wasp nest.  He didn't think twice about getting rid of it.  Great job!  Great can do attitude!

Found the service to be quick and good quality. The contractor was polite and tidy. Thought that the $99 special that they offered through Angie's list was a good deal. However, their normal service price seems expensive. I wish a bit more time had been spent on cleaning the tracks, which were still a bit dirty.  Also, I was told that cleaning the mildew around the interior window frame in this hard to reach place where the windows meet was not part of the service. The contractor recommended that I squirt bleach between the panes of glass, but that would mess up my newly washed windows! I'll try this trick next time BEFORE they come out.

Very professional, careful and thorough

It went good. I had them go to a tenant's house. The tenant called and told me that they did a great job. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. The tenant seemed very pleased and they keep their house really clean. It took me a little while to actually get something set up. When you book online it lets you send a message. I had to follow up with a phone call.

Window Genie has come out to my home twice.   Both times I was extremely pleased with their work.    The windows and screens were cleaned and actually sparkled!!    The were polite and cared about doing a good job,  which I appreciate.    My plan is to have them come out at least once a year,  maybe twice!
The only complaint I had on this visit was that they arrived over an hour late, and the second person was about an hour and a half late.   The apologized for being late and went right to work.
