For the most part, I have been very satisfied with my experience at Target Pharmacy in Moorpark. When I first took my prescription in, my doctor had written it for a 100-day supply of prenatal vitamins. The pharmacy tech suggested that I fill the prescription 30 days at a time, both to save me money and to make it easier to file with my prescription insurance. I have taken his advice and the process has gone very smoothly for me. I usually pick up my prescription and wait for it, and the wait is generally less than a half hour, which gives me just enough time to pick up other items I need in the store, but not too long where my 2-year-old becomes overly cranky about the whole process. I have tried to call in my refill ahead of time, but found that I can usually get it quicker by just going in and waiting for it. The only difficulty I have had was when I needed to pick up a prescription Rhogam shot for a prenatal appointment. I don't know that the pharmacist was familiar with that particular prescription, and so I ended up taking it to another pharmacy because Target was unable to get it for me.
