The work was done perfectly and was completed ahead of schedule. We are so happy we were referred to Brian Pearcy.

The end product of the job is nice. My pool looks as we expected. Getting to the end though was a rough road. I learned early on not to call Brian as he never answered and his vm was full. He took days to respond to txt msgs and rarely arrived when he said he would. With that said as I suppose most contractors are Brian lied about charges, added an additional $10000 after contract was already signed but the work had already been started so I couldn't back out. He double charged me for the pool heater and when asked he came up with a cockamamie excuse for the charge. He didn't disclose in the beginning that there would be an extra charge for equipment enclosure then stated it would cost $2600. I asked repeatedly for the quote for it and he started it without my signing anything and when he finally came to me with a contract it was $3800! He always managed to get more and more money out of me. He also kept changing the square footage to get more money. It was honestly a terrible experience. We also had him redo our fireplace. He was supposed to put in a wood mantle. The mantle ended up being a floating shelf from lowes that cost $50. I told him how dissatisfied I was and he told me to relax a shelf is a mantle. Lastly he got a pool cover for the pool (not one for the spa) he promised he would have it cut to size for us on a Monday (my mistake I already paid for completion of the job so I knew I'd probably never see him again). I txt on Tuesday when they didn't show and still have nt heard from him as I expected. I'm glad to have my pool but do not want to deal anymore with this company.

They are very reliable and it's a good price. It's also a good quality for hardscape, landscape, and plants. It's been a great experience!
