He made a commitment to remove the weeds both in the front and back areas, and he followed through with rototilling in both places. He also promised to install weed mats, but he only managed to do so partially in the front and didn't do it at all on the side. Unfortunately, the weeds are growing back, including in the backyard. Initially, he agreed to install a water drip system in both the front and back yards, but he only did it in the front yard. Additionally, he was supposed to create a walkway and complete the ground cover, but the ground cover remains unfinished. Furthermore, he left a pile of items in the backyard, assuring that he would remove them, but they still remain there.
