The experience could not have been any more unpleasant. There were things promised that were reneged on. The owner of the company was disrespectful and rude throughout the process. Three years after the pool was finished , an inspector from the City of Los Angeles delivered a notice that our pool had never passed final inspection. When I called the company they called for final inspection but the inspector from the city said that all the dirt that had been left by the pool company against a chain link fence had to be removed. Several thousand dollars later after the company refused to take responsibility, we were left with the bill.
This week we discovered a leak in our water feature that the company installed. When the owner was called she said the pool is out of warranty.
