They charged me whatever RockAuto price of the pump was. Which I looked up just to make sure and I don't remember what that was, but they charged me that exact amount for the parts and $100 for the service. I looked up the price online at rockauto.com. You just, you put in your car and model and stuff like that and whatever kind of part you want and they show you how much they cost if they got them. I found out about rockauto.com because they advertise on TV all the time. I came across Andy's Automotive because there's a NPR show called Car Talk and they have a website cartalk.com and on cartalk.com they have a place where people can suggest auto places that they use and rate them and I found them on there. They had a really good rating on there. We've been using them for probably 8-10 years.

They are honest mechanics. If there is something that doesn't need to be done, they don't do it.

What we like is they have fair prices and we can count on them.

I have been using Andy's Automotive for over 25 years. They are very honest there- and not just with me because I have been going there, I hear that from everyone who has gone there. There are times you think there is and quot;Xand quot; wrong with your car- but after they have examined my car and spent hours out of their day- they have decided there is nothing wrong with it, so I will have no charge, or there might be something very minor and they just aren't charging for all their time. They understand it comes back to them with future visits because customers respect their honesty and will be loyal and we want to 'Tell a friendand quot;! I have recommended their services to anyone who wants an honest, educated , talented, reliable mechanic who knows cars so well. I feel confident, safe and secure when in my car. I was a young widow raising four children and felt very vulnerable in many situations- I felt very safe with my mechanic all those years and knew my children and myself were safe.

They never try to upsell products or services. Even though we don't live in their area, we don't mind driving the distance to their shop for our auto needs.
