It went well.  Ron is personable and reminded me a few times that his job is to report problems rather than advise homeowners whether to fix them or not.  He is a member of CREIA and is objective and willing to report the bad news as well as the good.  For the homeowner who wants to avoid disaster, this is the unbiased and professional approach needed.  His report is lengthy, understandable and thorough.  To my knowledge, he has no connection with any real estate agents and does no repairs.

Ron showed up before the appointment  time and hit the ground running. I was right along side with Ron. I am not a handy person, Ron was very patient and explained everything to me so I can understand it. The inspection started at noon, and by the time we are all done it was almost dark. Ron had spend almost the entire afternoon on the job. Still, after he delivered the report to me, he took time to understand my needs and gave valuable advice.
Days later, I had questions raised to counter seller on request for credit, Ron again came through with valuable advice and referral.
That was most appreciated. I would strongly recommend Ron for his service.
