The first visit was free because the dog was adopted and they paid for the first visit. They got us in pretty quickly. They're a little pricey, but we'll probably keep going. On the responsiveness, hey followed up and everything, they were very good.

I've known some of the owners, Kim and Ben, for over 15 years. I will never go anywhere else.The front office is handled properly and the vet techs are respectful of the owners and their pets. I always thought the people who are vets or work at a vets do it for the love of the animals, but I was corrected. They do it for the love of the owners.
They don't have a lot of parking spaces, but there is street parking and I've parked at Trader Joe's, next door, if I'm just picking something up.
This office helps out the community by finding homes for animals found in the area. Their website is always showing a pet looking for their forever home.

The veterinarians are very friendly. They are knowledgeable. The staff is really wonderful at the counter. It is all around a good experience. They are not cheap, but they are not too expensive.

I was very pleased with my experience with Montrose Pet Hospital. I was able to get a same day appointment; vet and all staff were very professional; cost for service was very reasonable; no unnecessary procedures were recommended.

the overall experience was pleasant and everyone was quite courteous.  the staff followed up with a call to check up on my dog too.
one aspect of the visit that left me feeling helpless was that the cause for pain was undiagnosed and we were given painkillers.
the pain did go away gradually and I suspect it might be joint issues due to the cold which I am not sure is difficult to diagnose.

I have only gone to them once. The thing that impressed me the most was when the doctor came in to examine my dog she got down on the floor with him instead of putting him on the examining table. It seemed to help my dog be at ease and I was very impressed. They offered a $20 off coupon through Yelp. I was able to get in right away on a Saturday; I did not have to schedule an appointment; I just called and they were able to take me. I think they take walk-ins.

They were very humane and they followed up very well with the services.

We have been going to them for about a year and we have been seeing our vet, Dr. Mitchell for five years, she was at a different location then.  She just loves her clients and her animals.  She responds to my questions about the dogs and makes recommendations or referrals if she thinks it is going to help the animal, at least for an evaluation.  She is just a really caring person and a really nice person.  She is very comprehensive and looks at the overall health of the pet, right from nutrition to making sure that everything with them is done in a timely manner and reminder for the shots; just the total care.

It was a routine visit that was handled in a prompt fashion.  We got plenty of attention from the Doctor.

She is a very caring veterinarian.  She is easy to get along with, and I do feel very comfortable when I take my pets there.  If I have any questions, she is quite easy to approach.  She has been very responsive, but I haven’t had any emergencies or anything.  I would use her again in the future.
